Apple Revenue Drop In IPhone 4 Sales
Apple Company lost almost 11 billion dollars after the latest mobile terminal launched, the iPhone 4, was publicly criticized by the prestigious U.S. journal The Inquirer. These critics were the effects of the numerous bugs and glitches that user found in the latest version of the iPhone as soon as it hit the market.
Unfortunately for Apple, the customers are no longer a mass of people with money which use the devices that manufacturers provide but represent the worst critic community that a manufacturer could ever desire. With forums, Tweeter, Facebook and all sort of other real time sites that allow the users to talk and share all the experiences with the things they buy, the iPhone 4 benefited from the largest phone using experienced community that seen daylight; the international consumers community.

Also a report published by Consumer Reports was a critical addition to the critics that hit the iPhone 4 marketing policy. This report also criticized the device and recommended all readers to go for other similar devices from other manufacturers or the previous 3G S iPhone rather than buying and investing time and money into the iPhone 4 terminal.
When The Telegraph added the signal drop problem when holding the iPhone 4 in the left hand Apple took the last hit and was forced to react and officials said in clear anger that the customers are just not using the device right. Public reaction was to return numerous iPhones to the retailers and that thing cost Apple that huge amount of money being forced to refund all the buyers as the law obliges any producer to return the money in a 30 day period if the customer just wants to return the product.
As there public critics were released, Apple felt the effects with a 11 billions dollars drop in revenue as Apple specialists expected for the iPhone 4 sales.
Fortunately, all these critics made the arrogant manufacturer to reconsider the quality of its devices or at least we all hope so.

Apple already announced the possible iPhone 5 but the company direction in marketing and development is uncertain now that Steve Jobs has gone on the safe lane after cancer problems and the company remained without its precious CEO.
The drop in device sales and Steve Job’s uncertain retirement shouldn’t be a real problem as Apple fans still buy accessories and devices from the manufacturer.
